Co-signer Agreement
The attached co-signer document is utilized mainly when a possible tenant is in school. Parents can click here to fill out the form.
Check-in and Check-out
The check-in and check-out form is used when tenants move into their new apartment. This is due back to us within 7 days of move-in and will be used to determine the condition of the apartment when you move out.
ERent Payment
We utilize erentpayment.com for rent collection. This is an easy to use system where our tenants can register and then set up recurring rent payments from their bank to ours. Erentpayment provides receipts and ongoing record-keeping for rent payments.
Maintenance Request
Maintenance requests are also handled through the erenpayment system. Once you are logged in, you can complete the simple online form to notify us of a maintenance issue. Erentpayment will add your issue to the maintenance log and send us an immediate notification. We will contact you within 2 business days to schedule the repair. If you have an emergency maintenance issue such as loss of heat, water damage, or any other immediate concern, please call us. Rules & Regulations
We strive to make sure you have a memorable and enjoyable experience with us throughout your stay. Some of these rules will not apply to you depending to your property.
