Isthmus RPM is a family business specializing in downtown and campus rental properties. We offer apartments, small single family homes, and larger homes suitable for groups. We are confident we have a property that meets your needs.   We are owner managed and have maintenance on staff until 9PM most evenings. We strive to give our tenants the best rental experience during their time in Madison and have many repeat tenants through the years.
